We had an amazing Easter break at this hotel! the location was truly stunning, with breathtaking view of the sea. the staff was extremely helpful and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the two things that stood out were the spacious and comfortable rooms and the delicious food offered at the hotel's restaurant. We also enjoyed the opportunity to rent a boat and explore the nearby beaches, which was arranged effortlessly by the hotel.

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

Spent a nice xmas trip with family in an exotic location. The hotel had two good features: stunning scenery and friendly hotel staff. The location of the hotel was ideal, providing great views of the beach and sea. Plus, the hotel staff were always ready to lend a hand with any queries and requirements. Lastly, the hotel offered complementary breakfast.

The room had some serious issues that took a long time to get fixed. The unpleasant smell and a leaky AC unit did not make the stay enjoyable.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and excellent service. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access were splendid, with many sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. the room was well-furnished, equipped with private facilities and had a spectacular ocean view. the restaurant served exquisite dishes with special diet menus available. the bar/lounge area had a wide range of drinks and the staff was attentive and friendly.

the poolside snack bar was closed during the day, and I was expecting to have a quick bite while enjoying the sun terrace.

We had an amazing stay with excellent hotel facilities, great location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast. They also provided helpful transportation and parking services.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The hotel's WiFi was slow and disappointing.

Beautiful location, wonderful hotel. Excellent staff, responsive to issues. Boat rental at Barra Grande. Hotel owners are helpful.
